Online and Distant Selling
Pre-Contract Information
Before you place an order with us, we will always make sure
you have all the important details you need. This includes who we are and how
to contact us, a full description of the piece or service you are purchasing,
the total price including any taxes, how you can pay, and how delivery will be
arranged. If your purchase involves a contract of a certain length, such as an
ongoing service, we will explain how long it runs for, how it can be ended, and
any cancellation costs. If a deposit or guarantee is required, we will make
this clear. For digital content, we will tell you the language it will be
provided in and how updates will be handled. If communication with us requires
more than a standard phone rate, this will be stated in advance. We will always
present this information in a way you can save and keep, such as by email.
Cancellation and Your Right to Change Your Mind
When you buy from us online or at a distance, you have the
right to cancel within 14 calendar days of receiving your order. You do not
need to give a reason. If we fail to provide you with this information at the
time of purchase, your cancellation period extends to 12 months. If we later
provide the missing information, you then have 14 days from that date to
cancel. When you cancel within the correct timeframe, you are entitled to a
full refund, including our standard delivery charges.
After You Place Your Order
Once you place your order, we will send you a copy of the
contract by email or another durable format no later than the time your goods
are delivered. Unless we agree otherwise with you, we will deliver your
jewellery or service within 30 days. If, for any reason, delivery is not
possible within this period, you will be entitled to cancel your order and
receive a full refund.
Exclusions
There are some purchases that do not fall under the distance
selling rules. These include goods costing £42 or less, NHS prescriptions and
healthcare services, financial services such as credit agreements or pensions,
the construction of new buildings, the regular supply of food or drink such as
milk deliveries, gambling services, package holidays or timeshare arrangements,
estate agents’ marketing services, and purchases from vending machines,
payphones or public travel tickets. If your purchase falls into one of these
categories, your rights may be different, but your other consumer protections
will still apply.
General Terms
We take responsibility for ensuring that your jewellery or
service is provided to you as agreed. If you cancel within the proper period,
we will issue your refund promptly. Your statutory rights are always protected.
We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time, and when we do
the new terms will apply to future orders. The version you see at the time you
place your order will be the one that governs your purchase.
