Our goldsmiths here in our onsite workshop are skilled artisans, using traditional techniques and modern innovations to design and make jewellery to stand the test of time. FAQs

Is your jewellery new?

Our collection is made up of both antique and new jewellery with a large carefully curated selection available online and in store. Our main focus when choosing jewellery for both collections is quality, sustainability and uniqueness. Most of our new pieces are hand-designed and made here in our workshop.

Is your jewellery ethically produced?

Yes, we are committed to ethical and sustainable jewellery, choosing to purchase conflict free gemstones and recycled metal where possible. These practices help to reduce waste and support craftsmanship. We source our jewellery worldwide to ensure that our collection is varied and work with companies that share our values.

Is the jewellery certified?

Our jewellery always comes with full detailed receipts with metal type, stone weights and sizes and any available provenance. Some gemstone will come with Labatory reports and this is a service that can be also offered for an additional fee.

Does it come insured?

Your order is covered under our insurance as long as it is delivered to the correct address provided when you order. See our delivery page for more info.

Do you offer custom sizing of your jewellery?

We offer bespoke pieces designed to your specification and also can resize most of our rings, bracelets and necklaces to fit you. Get in touch to discuss your requirements. In some instances, it's not possible to change the size of the piece due to technical limitations.

I’ve seen a piece of jewellery I would like but you don’t stock it, can you source it for me?

If it's a new piece we can absolutely make it again in our workshop to the same design or we can even change certain elements if required. If it's an antique piece we can look to source something similar or provide different options of what's available

Do you design and make bespoke jewellery?

Yes, this is one of our favorite parts of our business. Our onsite designer can work with you to create a completely bespoke designed piece for you. She can also help you to redesign loved but unworn sentimental pieces into a new piece that can be worn again. The piece would then be made onsite by one of our talented goldsmiths

How should I store my jewellery?

Silver should be stored separately and put away when dry. We advise storing your gold and platinum necklaces in the box they come in to avoid tangles or small pouches if they aren’t fine. Ensure your jewllery box has a soft velvet or leather lining to avoid scratching your jewellery.

How do I clean my jewellery?

Jewellery worn everyday should be cleaned very gently. See our page on exact methods for cleaning your jewellery by type and minimising damage. We recommend you have your jewellery professionally cleaned to ensure it is done safely. Contact us to book an appointment.

Do you offer gift wrapping?

Yes, all of our boxes are wrapped in tissue and ribbon and come with a handwritten note. If you would like to add a personal note to the recipient you can do this at checkout.

Yes, we are based in Cirencester, we have an onsite workshop for repairs and bespoke items and our full collection here.
