Shipping policy

Click & Collect from Cirencester
You can choose to collect your order from our shop at 1o Dyer Street, Cirencester.
We’ll email you once your order is ready, usually within 24 hours (Monday–Saturday).
Please bring your confirmation email when collecting.

UK Delivery 

Order by 1pm Monday to Friday for next day delivery through Royal Mail. Orders placed on Saturday and Sunday will be posted on Monday. All of our jewellery is sent to you fully insured through Royal Mail so you can be sure that your parcel is in safe hands 

International Delivery 

Please note that any duty and taxes incurred in the country of destination are the responsibility of the customer. Please note we do not ship to the E.U. We ship through DHL for international orders.  

Gift Wrapping 

We wrap all of our orders in our signature blue boxes, tied with ribbon in monogrammed paper and posted in a cardboard postage box. If your order is a gift, please mention it in the order notes. We’ll remove pricing and can email the receipt directly to you.
