Booking an appointment is not essential, however it does help us plan your visit and prepare accordingly. We currently only offer appointments for two services: Sell Your Jewellery and Bespoke Consultations.

For all other enquiries, including repairs, valuations, ring resizing, watch services, or general jewellery advice, you are very welcome to visit us in store without an appointment and a member of our team will be happy to help.
