Bespoke Remodel

Remodelling bespoke jewellery is about honouring the past while creating something that reflects your present. Whether you're redesigning a treasured heirloom, resetting a meaningful stone, or combining elements from multiple pieces, our Cirencester team is here to guide you through each step. We’ll work with you to preserve what matters most while reimagining the design into a piece that’s beautifully made and entirely personal.

Start with Sentiment

Every remodelling journey begins with something personal. Whether it’s a ring tucked away in a drawer, a brooch that’s no longer worn, or inherited jewellery filled with meaning, we begin by understanding the story behind your pieces. Bring your item into our shop along with any ideas or inspiration. Our bespoke designer will talk you through what’s possible and begin shaping a vision that honours the past while creating something you’ll love to wear now.

Designing with History in Mind

Once we’ve assessed your jewellery and confirmed which materials can be reused, we’ll begin the design process. You’ll be shown stone layout options, new settings, or complete redesigns to suit your taste. A detailed CAD (computer-aided design) will be created so you can view your remodelled piece from every angle. We’ll work closely with you to refine the design, ensuring it captures both sentiment and style.

Bringing New Life to Old Pieces

Once your design is approved, it is brought to life in our Cirencester workshop by our team of skilled goldsmiths. Each piece is made by hand, using traditional methods alongside carefully chosen modern tools. This approach allows us to honour craftsmanship while ensuring every detail is precise and beautifully finished.

Stones can be reset, metal repurposed, or additional materials introduced as needed. We take great care with every element, ensuring the original piece’s spirit is preserved in its new form.

Our jewellers work closely with the designer to make sure your piece captures the original vision and meets our highest standards of quality and durability.

The finished result is something entirely your own. A personal piece, crafted with intention, ready to be worn and treasured for years to come.

A New Chapter Begins

When your piece is finished, we’ll invite you into the shop to see it in person for the very first time. This is one of the most rewarding parts of the process, where you can try on your bespoke design and see the results of the ideas and craftsmanship that brought it to life. Whether it’s a meaningful gift or something special for yourself, your jewellery will be beautifully presented in our signature packaging, ready to take home or give at the right moment.

The full bespoke journey typically takes between 6 to 10 weeks from initial consultation to completion. This allows time for careful design development, sourcing materials and crafting the piece in our workshop. If you have a specific occasion or deadline in mind, we encourage you to get in touch so we can advise on current lead times and plan accordingly.
